"Organizer" means the third-party promoter, venue, or entity hosting the Event.
"User," "you," or "your" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Ticket Purchases and Sales
All Ticket sales are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Ticket prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. We may charge service, processing, or delivery fees.
Tickets are sold on behalf of Organizers or as authorized resellers. We act as an intermediary and are not the Event organizer.
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted. Resale may be restricted or prohibited by the Organizer or law.
You agree not to use bots, automated scripts, or other prohibited means to purchase Tickets (in compliance with applicable laws like the BOTS Act).
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, error in pricing, or violation of these Terms.

4. Delivery and Use of Tickets
Tickets are typically delivered electronically (email or account dashboard). You must present a valid Ticket for entry. Lost or stolen Tickets may not be replaced. The Organizer may refuse entry for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, intoxication, safety concerns).

5. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Postponements
Events are subject to change. We are not liable for changes, postponements, or cancellations by the Organizer. Refer to the Organizer's policies and our Refund Policy for remedies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes using the contact information provided.

6. Intellectual Property
The Website, its content, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to ONFIDO INV LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. User-generated content (if any) grants us a license to use it for Service operation.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to: 
Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Engage in fraud, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Attempt to circumvent security measures or purchase Tickets for resale in violation of applicable rules.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service and Tickets are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONFIDO INV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, Ticket purchases, or attendance at Events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Ticket(s).
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of Organizers, venues, or third parties.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or breach of law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Warszawa Poland], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Warszawa Poland].
